The AEP is a project within the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health.  The Florey has a deep commitment to excellence, equality, diversity, respect, and integrity. The Equality in Science Committee (EQiS) acts as an agent for positive change, informing and promoting policies and practices to achieve equity, diversity, and inclusion.

EQiS works alongside the Florey’s human resources and other departments to assist in providing a thriving and supportive workplace. Committee members come from a broad range of professional and academic backgrounds and various levels of seniority within the institute.

Research Officer - AI Postdoctoral

The successful applicant will conduct collaborative research with the AEP, The Florey and national and international collaborative networks. AEP is a large multidisciplinary team with expertise spanning physics, engineering and data science, neurology and radiology, neuropsychology, genetics and clinical data collection.

Research Officer - AEP Imaging-Cognition Postdoctoral

As a Postdoctoral Researcher on the AEP, you'll advance our understanding of epilepsy through neuroimaging and cognitive assessment analysis. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct in-depth neuroimaging analysis of various data types, and correlate your findings with cognitive assessments to better understand alterations of brain function in epilepsy. Additionally, you will engage in conferences, support team members, and contribute to research proposals.
